Our Mother's Day Brunch menu will include selections from the garden like a Caribbean kale, Parisian melon & prosciutto, heirloom cherry tomato & baby mozzarella and more. Breakfast options include a build-your-own chicken & waffles station, three-cheese quiche, and assorted muffins and fruit bar. Special Mother's' Day brunch entrees include lemon dill free-range chicken, crab-stuffed local mahi-mahi, cold tapas station of seafood and fruit, and seasonal vegetables. A carving station of prime rib and pork loin are also available. Plus, an extensive chocolate fountain dessert station sure to please mom.

Price for adults is $55.00 per person and children 5 to 12 are $19.00 (plus tax & gratuity.) Complimentary Valet Parking is provided in the North Tower. Brunch is served in Coquina Foyer from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm with seating times at 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, 1:00pm, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm.
