Do you enjoy eating fresh fruits and vegetables? Well you can thank honey bees! Join bee keepers Bill and Barry for an educational program about how important honey bees are, Florida native "bee friendly" plants and what is involved in raising honey bees and harvesting the honey. All ages are welcome, minors must be accompanied by an adult. This event is subject to cancellation due to weather conditions. We will be meeting on the west side of the park. The event is free with paid admission fee to the state park. The rates are: $5.00 per vehicle. (Limit 2-8 people per vehicle). $4.00 per single-occupant vehicle. $2.00 per pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers or passengers holding an Annual Individual Entrance Pass.
