Our Favorite Budget-Friendly Daytona Beach Area Activities:

Jackie Robinson Ballpark

Have a sports fan in the family? Then you'll want to catch a Daytona Tortugas baseball game at Jackie Robinson Ballpark. In 1990 the minor league baseball stadium was renamed after Jackie Robinson, the first African American to play in a Major League Baseball spring training game in 1946.

Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse

Climb to the top of Florida's tallest lighthouse, Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse for stunning panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean that the whole family will appreciate. Make sure to visit the onsite museum afterward to learn about the area's history and view nautical artifacts and exhibits.

Marine Science Center

Take a trip to the Marina Science Center and learn about the area's diverse marine life through immersive exhibits and educational programs. You'll have the opportunity to touch a stingray, meet green sea turtles, see how injured seabirds are rehabilitated, and more.

Tomoka State Park

Before Florida was settled by the Spanish in the early 1600s, the Timucua Native Americans had inhabited the area from northeastern Florida to southern Georgia for thousands of years—as early as 3,000 BC. Visit the park and view the 40-foot statue of the "Legend of Tomokie'' which memorializes the now-extinct tribe. While there, you can also explore the hiking and biking trails around the park or take to the water with canoe and kayak rentals available on-site.

Daytona Lagoon Waterpark

Make a splash right next door to our Daytona Beach family resort. Hit up Daytona Lagoon Waterpark for a day of family fun. Cool off with rides on the water slides, relax with a float on the lazy river, or check out the wave pool. Also offering arcade games, go-karts, mini golf, and laser tag, the fun never ends at Daytona Lagoon Waterpark.

Discover endless fun and excitement at one of the world's greatest beach destinations and stay at our oceanfront hotel for the ultimate home base. Whether you're going to discover one of the local iconic attractions or simply hitting the beach, our prime position makes sure that you'll never miss a minute of the action.
