Expert chef will prepare a perfectly paired course with each French wine. Feature wines include Domaine Haut-Blanville Peyrals, Nova Roma Chateauneuf-de-pape, Chateau Jeantieu Bordeaux Superior and more.

Paired dishes include Poached Shrimp with Avocado Mousse, Pan Seared Crab Souffle, and Tarte Tatin.
