Daytona Beach Champagne Dinner: Make the Season Sparkle

Festive and fun, sparkling wine is the perfect way to celebrate the holidays. On December 19, we're bringing you a delicious evening with four courses of gourmet cuisine paired with fine champagnes from GH Mumm and Mumm Napa Valley. Enjoy unlimited pourings of wine plus an amuse bouche and wine & cheese reception preceding the dinner. 


Eat, Drink, and Be Merry: Champagne Dinner Menu

Indulge your cravings for fine cuisine with a mouthwatering menu evening curated by Executive Chef Greg.


  • Amuse Bouche: Aged Provolone Glazed Fingerling Potato with Toasted Black Pepper-Parsley Infused Spanish Olive Oil.
  • First Course: Fire Flashed Escolar with Roasted Butternut Squash Puree and Grilled Abalone. Paired with G.H. Mumm, Rosé.
  • Second Course: Foie Gras Torchon with Remi Martin Gingerbread Spiced Caramelized Bosc Pears, Maldon Sea Salt, Young Chives, and Cinnamon Incense. Paired with Mumm Napa, Brut Prestige.
  • Third Course: Medium Rare Oak Smoked Duck Breast with White Bean Duck Cassoulet, Roasted Shallots, Baby Beans, and Winter Root Crop. Paired with G.H. Mumm, Grand Cordon.
  • Breakfast for Dessert: Poached Apricot, Vanilla Glace, Orange Pound Cake, Caramelized Granny-Smith Apples, Almond Frangipane, Chocolate & Vanilla Tuiles, and Maracaibo Demitasse Pot-au-Crème. Paired with Mumm Napa, Cuvee M.
