Join us for a sparkling evening of four courses of gourmet dishes perfectly paired with fine champagnes & sparkling wines sourced from GH Mumm and Mumm Napa Valley.

The evening will be curated by John Miles, Pernod Ricard wine market manager for North Florida who will introduce each champagne and Executive Chef Greg who will explain the culinary pairing.
