  • Open to Florida residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years or older. If the Grand Prize is won by someone under 21, a guest 21+ must be able to claim the prize, as the NYE party is a 21+ event and Hilton requires 21+ for check-in.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family or household members of Hilton and its affiliates are not eligible.
  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.
  • Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Standard room occupancy applies; upgrades or suites not included. Stays subject to availability.
  • Winners are responsible for incidental charges and any applicable room/occupancy taxes.
  • Winners must respond to notification within 48 hours or prize may be forfeited; alternate winners may be selected.
  • By entering, winners grant Hilton permission to use their name, likeness, and prize details for promotional purposes.
